About the role
As the Services Operations Manager, you will lead the delivery of post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and drive operational efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will oversee the implementation and management of service processes, manage a team of support specialists, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and management of service processes to ensure high-quality post-sales support.
- Manage a team of support specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to align service strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or customer success roles.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of support specialists.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
