Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support the sales team
- Lead the analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with product management to align sales strategies with product development goals
- Manage post-sales support initiatives to ensure customer success
- Work closely with marketing to integrate sales and marketing efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
