Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of incoming SOW requests, dispatch orders, and new orders in the service management platform, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround.
- Review/edit SOWs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards prior to client delivery.
- Manage order setup in the ERP system, ensuring opportunities are entered accurately to support correct downstream processing and billing.
- Cook up with client success and finance to support accurate and timely invoicing.
- Manage partner support, serving as the primary operational point of contact for contract onboarding, system setup, and ongoing support needs.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews for applicable partner support clients.
- Maintain the accuracy of the services pipeline, including proactive outreach to stakeholders to ensure opportunity data is current and complete.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, client success, project management, and accounting.
- Maintain accurate subcontractor logs and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field, and/or five years of equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in operations coordination, order processing, or a similar role, preferably within a service-oriented or managed services IT environment.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including order entry, opportunity management, and subscription or billing setup.
- Familiarity with service management and ticketing platforms; experience with customer support portals a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with experience in quality assurance, process documentation, document/SOW review, and document/SOW editing.
- Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven workloads accurately and efficiently across concurrent priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and documentation.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and support operational decisions.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving processes and tooling.
- Experience with NetSuite and Zendesk are preferred.
Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience, with a target range of $65,000–$80,000 annually based on qualifications and market alignment.
