About the role

Lead the pre-sales and project oversight for the SMB Migration Factory, including project delivery and pre-sales activities such as scoping, pricing, building Statements of Work, and engagement with AWS. Design and implement service delivery solutions and strategies that align with client needs and business objectives. Shape the overall service delivery landscape and play a lead role on consulting engagements, serving as the face to the customer and providing leadership to the delivery team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design service delivery frameworks or deliver complex services, including processes, methodologies, and technology solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Create detailed as-builds documentation and architectural plans addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, goals, and constraints, aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Lead projects, manage resources, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful execution of service delivery solutions.
  • Implement and maintain quality standards and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior architects and team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements to enhance service delivery processes and quality.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of service delivery, shaping services strategy and aligning it with business objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in the job offered or in an information technology project manager-related occupation.

Pay

The annual base pay range for this role is $134,534 to $206,200. Individual base pay depends on factors such as primary work location, role complexity, relevant experience, and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and updated annually, with new hires typically starting in the bottom half of the range. Eligible roles may also receive additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives based on position level and individual performance.
