About the role

GovCIO LLC seeks a ServiceNow Workflow Manager to lead design, optimization, and governance of ServiceNow workflows within our Information Technology & Digital Solutions organization supporting federal clients. You will own end-to-end workflow strategy, translating customer and cyber security needs into scalable ITSM and automation solutions aligned with ITIL. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you'll manage platform roadmaps, integrations, and releases while ensuring compliance with federal security and data standards.
