Key Responsibilities
- Lead UI development initiatives leveraging ServiceNow UI Builder
- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions using best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Implement and maintain reusable components and frameworks
- Guide and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow technologies
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong Expertise In UI Builder Script Includes Service Portal
- Proficiency In ServiceNow scripting JavaScript, HTML, CSS AngularJS and/or React
- Experience With Flow Designer IntegrationHub Access Control Lists (ACLs) Service Catalog
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and/or CAD
- Experience Working With Customer Service Management (CSM) NowAssist (GenAI capabilities)
- Agentic AI solutions
