Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box features and custom development
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, UI actions, and integrations
- Configure and enhance core ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM based on engagement needs)
- Participate in requirements analysis, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders
- Recommend solutions and ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, performance standards, and upgrade safe design
- Support testing, deployment, defect resolution, and post production support
- Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts
Requirements
8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and scripting experience

Excellent stakeholder communication skills
