Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA Certified) Location: Remote (USA) Duration: 7+ Months Contract (Likely Extension) Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Administration, Flow Designer, JavaScript, platform configuration, and automation. This role will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to enhance platform functionality, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing system improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform. Build, manage, and optimize workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer. Perform instance upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance. Manage users, roles, groups, permissions, and system configurations. Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Catalog Items. Troubleshoot platform issues and provide production support. Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement new platform enhancements. Monitor platform performance and ensure system reliability. Maintain platform documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices. Required Qualifications3-5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow System Administrator. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification (Required). Strong experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer. Strong proficiency in JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, and customization. Experience managing users, roles, groups, ACLs, and system updates. Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Catalog Management. Experience performing ServiceNow instance upgrades. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred QualificationsServiceNow Flow Designer Micro Certification. Experience with PowerShell scripting. Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Prior consulting or contract experience.
