About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep expertise in the ServiceNow design and development across our ServiceNow platform. Your work will directly contribute to the success and stability of our ServiceNow environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements.
  • Support Agile ceremonies and uphold quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
  • Adhere to and enforce ServiceNow and OneGDIT best practices.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, and deployments.
  • Participate in Agile software development efforts (standups, planning, grooming, estimation) to ensure quality delivery.
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Developers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI.
  • 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience within an ITSM environment.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain CSA certification within 90 days.
  • Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Must be a U.S. person.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.
  • Certified Application Developer - ITSM.
  • Advanced ITSM certifications.
  • ITIL v4 Certification.

Pay

The likely salary range for this position is $97,968 - $126,500, based on experience, geographic location, and possibly contractual requirements.

  • Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
