Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Lead end-to-end SPM implementations, including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, Financial Management, and Strategic Planning Workspaces.
- Technical Delivery: Architect and build scalable solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies/Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
- Integrations & Data Migration: Design robust integrations between ServiceNow SPM and third-party systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP) using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Analytics & Reporting: Build performance analytics, real-time dashboards, and custom reporting to provide executive visibility into portfolio health and resource allocation.
- Stakeholder Governance: Collaborate with senior leadership to map business requirements into standard ServiceNow features, minimizing unnecessary custom code.
