Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of Configuration Management Database (CMDB)ServiceNow CMDBCommon Service Data Model (CSDM)Broad IT Infrastructure KnowledgeProject / Program Management SkillsHighly OrganizedSelf-Starter

Desired Qualifications

• Service Now systems development and/or design experience
• Strong Cloud Computing experience
• Common Sense Data Model (CSDM) Operational governance experience
• Service Asset and Configuration Management experience
