Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementation and support engagements
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert in ServiceNow core platforms
- Drive business development and support execution of segment strategy
- Mentor junior team members in best practices and project management
- Ensure delivery execution quality across ServiceNow engagements
- Build partnerships with segment teams and support sales pursuits
- Develop thought leadership content and marketing materials
Qualifications
- Minimum of SEVEN (7) years professional experience
- Minimum of FIVE (5) years with ServiceNow Applications
- US Citizenship required
- Able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance
- Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow Platform
- Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant ones
- Exceptional business development and client relationship skills
