About the role

As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you'll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This is a client-visible role where you'll have opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, as well as establish and maintain new client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore resources.
• Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.

• Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
• Shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value.
• Lead implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
• Experience with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and ServiceNow workflow integration.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
• Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
• Perform performance analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• No less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations.
• 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills, including communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Skills

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
• Familiarity with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi).
• Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
• Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi).

• Base salary range: $102,500 to $187,900 in all geographic locations in the US, and $122,900 to $213,400 in the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento).
