About the role
As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you'll lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. This is a client-visible role where you'll have opportunities to showcase your ability to motivate and develop your team, as well as establish and maintain new client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
- Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Create clean, maintainable code and specifications that support business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 3-5 resources, including offshore resources.
- Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management process implementations.
- Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
- Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
- Shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value.
- Lead waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
- Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.
- Perform performance analytics and reporting.
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
- No less than 2 - 4 years relevant ServiceNow IT/OT Asset Management project experience.
- Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations.
- 3+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
- Excellent soft skills, including communication, adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
- Experience leading teams and supervising others.
- A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
- Ability to travel to meet client needs.
Skills
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
- Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and ServiceNow workflow integration.
- Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
- Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi).
Benefits
Base salary range for this role in the US is $102,500 to $187,900. For New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento), the range is $122,900 to $213,400. Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.

Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
