About the role

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. Client-facing role with opportunities to showcase leadership and develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and engagement delivery on a daily basis.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
  • Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations.
  • Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project and solution delivery.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
  • Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management process implementations.
  • Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
  • Ability to manage 2-3 engagements and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources including offshore resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • No less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation experience
  • 5 – 7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience preferably at the Senior Manager or Director level
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

Qualifications

  • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills – executive communication (written/verbal), adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization
  • Experience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others
  • A driver's license valid in the U.S (United States)
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs (up to 60%)

  • Ability to analyze a company’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps
  • Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower, and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB-driven workflows
  • Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and ServiceNow workflow integration
  • Ability to shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value
  • Experience with defining contextual, conceptual, and logical models that align both business and technical capabilities to explain the architecture
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others
  • A driver's license valid in the U.S (United States)
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs (up to 60%)

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package including medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Pay

$171,600 to $392,100 base salary range for all geographic locations in the US, and $205,900 to $445,700 for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento).

Schedule

Flexible vacation policy and a hybrid model where most people in external, client serving roles work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
