About the role

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. Client-facing role, offering opportunities to showcase leadership and client relationship-building skills. Develop and manage technology transformation projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engagement delivery and client relationships.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
  • No less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation.
  • Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, typically at Senior Manager or Director level.
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

Skills and attributes for success

  • Drive and support sales activities, develop proposals, and participate in sales presentations.
  • Develop strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business cases, transformation roadmaps, detailed plans, and solution architectures.
  • Act as an engagement manager, overseeing all aspects of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects and solution delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
  • Excellent business acumen, making fact-based decisions and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management process implementations.
  • Ability to analyze IT/OM Asset Management capabilities and provide recommendations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
  • Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms.
  • Ability to shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps.
  • Ability to lead process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Ability to create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

Pay

$171,600 to $392,100 (base salary range for all geographic locations in the US)

Flexible vacation policy, up to 60% travel to meet client needs.
