About the role

Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business. Client-facing role, offering opportunities to showcase leadership and client relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and engagement delivery daily.
  • Accountable for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
  • Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
  • Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations.
  • Build and manage the delivery of technology transformation projects and programs that align with organizational strategy.
  • Provide assurance to leadership by managing timelines, costs, and quality.
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources including offshore resources.
  • Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
  • Make fact-based decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management process implementations.
  • Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
  • Manage 2-3 engagements and oversee design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects.
  • Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter experts.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile delivery models, including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.
  • Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
  • No less than 5 - 7 years relevant experience in ServiceNow implementation experience
  • 5 – 7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, preferably at the Senior Manager or Director level
  • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications:
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
    • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations

Skills and attributes for success

  • Ability to drive and support sales activities, develop proposals, engagement estimates, and participate in sales presentations.
  • Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on developing a business case, transformation roadmap, detailed plans, and solution architectures.
  • Act as an engagement manager across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project and solution delivery, including design, configuration/development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Ability to manage 2-3 engagements and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources including offshore resources.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to make fact-based decisions and resolve conflicts.
  • Provide guidance and industry leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management process implementations, including how specific business objectives can be met through process and technology transformation.
  • Ability to analyze a company’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, provide leading practice recommendations, and contribute insights to strategic roadmaps.
  • Ability to advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management (ITOM) to ITSM processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower, and their application across ITAM, HAM, SAM, OT asset management, and CMDB-driven workflows.
  • Familiarity with Armis or similar OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms to support asset discovery, risk context, vulnerability prioritization, and ServiceNow workflow integration.
  • Ability to shape AI-enabled asset management roadmaps that improve asset visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, operational resiliency, and business value.
  • Ability to lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops with functional and/or business process area subject matter resources.
  • Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models – including supporting management activities such as planning, status reporting, budgets and risk and issue logs.
  • Ability to create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Prior experience

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response
  • Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus
  • Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower)
  • Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi)

Qualifications

  • Driver’s license valid in the U.S. (United States)
  • Ability to travel to meet client needs (up to 60%)
