ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead complex client engagements focused on delivery excellence, project governance, and cross-functional coordination across Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with technical teams and executive stakeholders to keep high-visibility initiatives on track, within scope, and aligned to client expectations. Success in this position will require strong facilitation, problem-solving, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across project execution and team maturity. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $165,000 annually Responsibilities Guide project teams and clients in Agile/Scrum practices to improve client satisfaction Assess and coach project team Scrum maturity and facilitate improvements Remove impediments and foster a trusting environment for problem-solving Coordinate project activities across teams and ensure timely completion within budget Develop and execute detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, and deliverables Interface with clients on technical aspects and manage expectations Conduct project closure activities and recommend process improvements Qualifications 5-7 years of project management experience with a focus on Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong analysis, problem-solving, and conflict management skills Advanced capabilities with project management software Experience managing medium- to high-risk, high-visibility projects Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of industry project management standards (PMBOK) Ability to facilitate executive-level client interactions effectively Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) plan Paid company holidays Paid time off Paid parental and caregiver leave Opportunities for professional development and certifications Access to a state-of-the-art technology lab and training programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
