Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the master test plan, test schedules, entry/exit criteria, and traceability matrix.
- Develop test cases for intake, assignment, investigation, evidence, approvals, notifications, reporting, and closure.
- Build and maintain ATF test suites for critical workflows and regression coverage.
- Cook up end-to-end testing of integrations, data migration, roles, ACLs, and audit history.
- Support Section 508/accessibility validation and usability testing.
- Manage defect triage, severity classification, retesting, and closure evidence.
- Prepare test summary reports, UAT packages, release-readiness reports, and acceptance evidence.
- Verify production smoke tests and support post-deployment validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, electrical engineering, math, or equivalent technical education/experience.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in an Agile environment.
- Experience testing ServiceNow ICM, App Engine, Flow Designer, Workspace, integrations, reports, and security controls.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow ATF and automated regression testing.
- Strong skills in requirements traceability, test design, defect management, and quality metrics.
- Experience coordinating federal UAT and formal acceptance processes.
- Knowledge of API testing, data validation, role/ACL testing, performance testing, and accessibility testing.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Test Management, or comparable tools.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
Desired Certifications
- ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or Test Analyst
- ServiceNow ATF micro-certification
- CSA Certified Agile Tester preferred
Additional Information
- Work Authorization: Must be a US citizen, and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
- Clearance: Background checks may include criminal history, education/certification and employment verifications, credit history, and fingerprinting (Public Trust investigations typically take 4–8 weeks).
- Location: Hybrid remote, with occasional on-site as needed.
- Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 annually.
