ServiceNow Platform Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own the design, development, testing, and support of ServiceNow solutions built with standard platform capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance core service management workflows, strengthen platform reliability, and support broader IT operations needs. The position also plays a key role in maintaining the Configuration Management Database, improving integrations, and ensuring data quality and operational visibility across connected systems. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions using standard platform capabilities Enhance workflows for incident, problem management, change requests, and the service catalog Build and maintain the Configuration Management Database and Common Service Data Model Support IT Operations Management capabilities with Discovery and Service Mapping Implement integrations using Integration Hub and maintain data reliability across systems Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions Troubleshoot production issues and maintain documentation and operational reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience, including independent ownership of complex solutions 3+ years of exposure to ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows, including incident and change management Proficiency in ServiceNow engineering tools such as Flow Designer and JavaScript, with an emphasis on configuration over customization Experience with Configuration Management Database and familiarity with IT Operations Management capabilities Benefits Medical, Telehealth, Dental and Vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Life and AD&D insurance benefits Short-term and long-term disability insurance Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) policy Employee Assistance Program and Wellness Program Rewards and Recognition Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
