Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and long-term evolution of our ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and custom applications. The role combines deep platform mastery with enterprise architecture judgment, driving standards for data, integration, security, and customization that keep the platform scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Design and oversee ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and GRCLead architecture reviews, platform governance, and release managementDefine CMDB strategy, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standardsDesign integrations using IntegrationHub, MID Servers, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecturesImplement platform security, ACLs, role-based access, and governance best practicesDrive platform performance, scalability, upgrades, and health improvementsEstablish workflow and Flow Designer standards while minimizing customizationsCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutionsMentor developers and administrators and maintain architecture documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including architecture or technical leadershipExpertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, CMDB, Discovery, and Service MappingStrong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, scoped applications, and platform securityExperience with IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and enterprise integrationsServiceNow CTA, CIS, or CSA certification Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Experience with Now Assist, GenAI, or AI-powered ServiceNow featuresExposure to multi-instance ServiceNow environmentsExperience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Salesforce, or WorkdayKnowledge of HAM Pro, SAM Pro, or App Engine Studio How To Apply Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
