Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Talk with business groups to find out what they need.
- Build and set up core modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD.
- Connect ServiceNow with other software tools using Integration Hub.
- Run tests to make sure workflows run smoothly before launch.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform, with prior experience at government or federal agencies/contractors
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of JavaScript, workflows, and cloud architecture.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication abilities.
