ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify process improvements and document functional specs.
• Design HRSD applications (Configurable Workspace, Service Portal) using platform best practices.
• Develop test plans, manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
• Analyze HR data for reporting and operational efficiency.
• Create dashboards and performance analytics to measure HR service delivery, such as SLA metrics.
• Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, including minor enhancements and defect triage.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HR Case and Knowledge Management, Enterprise Onboarding and Lifecycle Events.
• Ability to map HR workflows, create business requirements documentation (BRD), and translate them into user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of ServiceNow platform data models, tables, and security models.
• Familiarity with HCM integrations (example, Workday).
• Experience with Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate workshops with HR business partners and technical teams.

Skills

• ServiceNow HRSD expertise.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
