ServiceNow FSM Developer

What's the Job?

Design and develop ServiceNow FSM solutions including Work Order Management, Scheduling & Dispatch, and Agent/Dispatcher Workspace.
Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts to meet enterprise standards.
Customize FSM modules such as Service Territories, Capacity & Scheduling, and Work Order Tasks.
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Support mobile configuration and offline capabilities for field agents, ensuring seamless user experience.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience with hands-on expertise in FSM modules
  
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and Script Includes
  
• Experience with ServiceNow platform components such as Incident, CMDB, and Asset (preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and adherence to best practices for platform development
