ServiceNow Engineering Co-op About The Role Want to break into enterprise software before you even graduate? RapDev is looking for current Computer Science (or related) students who want real hands-on experience with ServiceNow — one of the fastest-growing platforms in enterprise tech. This is a full-time internship where you'll learn directly from experienced developers and architects while working on actual customer projects, immersed in the team day in and day out. No prior ServiceNow experience needed. We'll teach you the platform from the ground up — you just need to bring curiosity, solid programming fundamentals, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Go through RapDev's ServiceNow training program and work toward certificationsSharpen your JavaScript skills in a real enterprise settingSit in on customer meetings and sprint demos to see how projects actually runGet mentorship while configuring and customizing ServiceNow applicationsWrite and test scripts (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, etc.)Help troubleshoot configuration issues alongside the teamJoin our internal SCRUM calls and share your ideasKeep a running log of what you're learning and where you're getting stuck (this helps us help you) What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related fieldAvailable to work full-time (this internship works well for a co-op term, or a gap semesterComfortable with programming fundamentals, especially JavaScriptGenuinely curious about new tech and enjoys solving problemsCommunicates well and works well with othersAble to work onsite and be part of the team in personInterested in sticking around and growing in the ServiceNow world long-term Nice-to-Haves (not Required, Just a Bonus) Any exposure to ServiceNow or other enterprise platformsExperience with REST APIs or scripting outside of class projectsFamiliarity with Agile/SCRUM What You'll Walk Away With Real, resume-worthy experience on a major enterprise platformDirect mentorship from senior engineers and architectsA clear path toward a full-time ServiceNow Engineer role after graduationThe chance to contribute to real projects early — not just fetch coffee RapDev is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
