About the Role

Yakshna Solutions, Inc. (YSI) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform enhancements
• Build secure, reliable integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and related technologies
• Develop scripted REST APIs, business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows
• Configure and extend ITSM capabilities, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB
• Create intuitive, accessible experiences across Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, forms, catalogs, and mobile
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and support teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, data, and performance issues
• Apply development standards, security controls, automated testing, code review, source control, and release-management practices
• Develop reusable components and documentation; support upgrades and releases; and evaluate AI and automation opportunities

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and client-side/server-side scripting across ServiceNow environments
• 2+ years of experience designing, integrating, securing, and troubleshooting APIs, including REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0, authentication, logging, and monitoring
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, automated testing, data models, tables, reference relationships, and CMDB
• Experience delivering user-centered, accessible, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions, including Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, configurable workspaces, and enterprise integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, such as Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search; knowledge of additional domains such as ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, or App Engine is desired
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with experience in code reviews, source control, release management, automated deployment pipelines, Agile/DevOps practices, and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders; CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM/ITIL certifications are a plus

Pay

• $120,000-$130,000 annually with benefits
