ServiceNow Developer Senior

ServiceNow Developer Senior role focused on developing, documenting, and articulating business requirements for enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform, from vision through implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an Associate's degree OR 72 credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field plus three (3) years of relevant experience (separate from direct experience) may be considered.
• Minimum five (5) years' direct experience developing, documenting, and articulating moderately complex business requirements to support strategic and tactical business needs.
• Experience with data gathering, program logic development, coding, testing, and documentation.
• Experience in Application Systems Programming Design and Analysis.
• Experience as a Programming Lead in at least one (1) large-scale project.

Responsibilities

• Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify project objectives.
• Contribute to and support the Enterprise business solutions strategic and operational planning process, including total quality management philosophies.
• Design testable code, develop test protocols or plans, and review revisions and results.
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and effective workflow distribution.
• Develop applications based on requirements and business solutions, creating deliverables aligned with processes and enterprise standards.
• Enhance and apply programming skills, including analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and documentation.
• Provide technical expertise for subsystems and performance-related systems.
• Use standard application design principles to create logical and physical application designs that promote efficiency and code reuse.
