Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) required
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Products: Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations (ITOM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Security Operations (SECOPS), and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Strong experience with Flow Designer and workflow automation
- Experience with Integration Hub and REST/SOAP API development (JSON)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred or equivalent hands-on development experience
- ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) preferred
- Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered automation capabilities preferred, with a strong interest in leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency
- Experience with bi-directional system integrations strongly preferred
