Remote ServiceNow Developer

TEKsystems is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing platform initiatives and day-to-day development needs for our Anchorage, Alaska-based client. This role requires strong communication skills, responsiveness, and comfort collaborating virtually with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on the ITSM module
• Create and enhance Service Catalog items
• Support Employee Service Center (ESC) portal enhancements
• Execute global platform configuration changes
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Perform CMDB cleanup and data quality improvement efforts
• Serve as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow best practices and platform optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Assist with ongoing platform improvements and operational support

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow
• Deep understanding of the ITSM module
• Experience building and supporting REST API integrations within ServiceNow (required)
• Experience with Service Catalog Workflows
• Experience with Employee Service Center (ESC) Reporting and Dashboards
• CMDB administration and cleanup
• Platform configuration and enhancement activities

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD integrations (preferred)
• Experience with GIS integrations (preferred)
• Broader ServiceNow architecture or platform governance experience (preferred)
• Ability to assess current-state processes and recommend improvements (preferred)

Pay

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
