Job Summary

Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. You will develop ServiceNow solutions that support client requirements across platform configuration, customization, and integration activities.

Responsibilities

• Developing ServiceNow solutions that support client requirements across platform configuration, customization, and integration activities
• Delivering development-focused work in ServiceNow rather than primarily administrative platform support
• Serving as a key member of the project team, translating business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Contributing to testing, deployment, and ongoing solution refinement to support quality delivery and client needs
• Bringing thought leadership to support with architecture and data model decisions
• Collaborating with ServiceNow architects and senior developers to orchestrate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or SPM
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Public Trust clearance
