ServiceNow Developer, Configuration & Integrations Consultant

Job Summary

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, collaborating with leading solution providers and leveraging your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services.

Responsibilities

• Developing ServiceNow solutions that support client requirements across platform configuration, customization, and integration activities
• Delivering development-focused work in ServiceNow rather than primarily administrative platform support
• Supporting implementation efforts across one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM
• Collaborating with project team members to translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions
• Contributing to testing, deployment, and ongoing solution refinement to support quality delivery and client needs
• Bringing thought leadership to support with architecture and data model decisions
• Working with ServiceNow architects and senior developers to orchestrate solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
• U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with one or more ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or SPM
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: Hybrid Work Model, Co-location Expectation, Travel Requirement, Relocation Requirement
