At MetroStar, we build teams with a passion for our people and value for our customers. As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and service-portal solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow solutions that support ITSM and ITOM processes across the enterprise.
- Assess existing business processes and SharePoint-based workflows; recommend and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and integrations using platform best practices.
- Build solutions leveraging JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs to meet business and technical requirements.
- Support ITSM and ITOM implementations, enhancements, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Present deliverables and demos to audiences with varying technical knowledge.
Requirements
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience (Vancouver/Washington DC releases preferred).
- 3+ years of ITSM/ITOM implementation experience (replacing SharePoint development).
- Experience evaluating existing business processes to recommend and implement appropriate ServiceNow-based solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics preferred.
Pay
Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000, determined by qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final offer considers professional background, work experience, role responsibilities, and internal equity. Eligible for performance-based bonuses, company-paid training/certifications, and referral bonuses.
