Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services
• Maintain and troubleshoot cloud-based systems
• Monitor and implement industry-leading practices

Requirements

• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
• Preferred Qualifications: Master Degree
• Certifications Preferred: ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow Certification(s), BMC Helix Certification(s), Flexera Certification(s), Jira Service Management (JSM)
• Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in various areas including ServiceNow/BMC Helix/Jira Service Management, IT Service Management, ITIL 4, COBIT, IT Asset Management, Cloud Platforms, DevSecOps Transformation, Cloud Discovery, Cloud Application Performance Monitoring, Cloud Auto-scaling, ELB, Cloud AI Ops/Monitoring, and IT Financial Management.

• Basic Qualifications: Respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings; use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques; understand broader objectives; interpret data; uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
