Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services to enable seamless operations and high availability for clients.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems.

Requirements
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
- Preferred Qualifications: Master Degree
- Certification(s) Preferred: ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow Certification(s), BMC Helix Certification(s), Flexera Certification(s), Jira Service Management (JSM)
- Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in various areas including ServiceNow/BMC Helix/Jira Service Management, IT Service Management, ITIL 4, COBIT, IT Asset Management, IT Cloud Financial Management, Cloud Platforms, DevSecOps Transformation, Cloud Discovery, Cloud Application Performance Monitoring, Cloud auto-scaling, ELB, Cloud AI Ops / AI Monitoring, and Cloud Discovery.

Benefits
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
