About the role
PwC's Infrastructure team focuses on designing and implementing robust, secure IT systems that support business operations. This includes managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to ensure seamless operations and high availability for clients.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize cloud-based systems
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and implement industry-leading practices
- Build and maintain meaningful client connections
- Manage and inspire others
- Anticipate and navigate complex situations
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with ServiceNow, ITIL, DevSecOps, AWS, Azure, GCP, and related technologies
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Passion for continuous learning and growth
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001 certifications preferred
- ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Service Management certifications preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies
- Experience with IT Financial Management
- Proven ability to develop and grow team members
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation is determined based on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with up to 80% travel.
