ServiceNow CMDB Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations across multiple modules including IRM (GRC), SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), ITSM, CSM, and HRSD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GRC/IRM solutions such as risk assessments, policy & compliance management, audit workflows, and Performance Analytics dashboards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools (Splunk, Azure Sentinel, Qualys, Tenable, Workday, Salesforce) using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
• Build complex workflows, Flow Designer automations, scripted business rules, UI policies, and custom applications.
• Develop and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM for service mapping and asset visibility.
• Manage Security Incident Response and Vulnerability lifecycle with a focus on automation and MTTR reduction.
• Ensure governance and security, including RBAC, encryption, platform upgrades, and compliance readiness.
• Lead Agile delivery, ATF testing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
• Perform data migration using import sets and transformation maps, and develop ServiceNow portals and catalogs.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and enterprise implementations.
• Strong expertise in IRM (GRC), SecOps (SIR, Vulnerability Response), ITSM, CSM, and HRSD modules.
• Hands-on experience with integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Deep knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and ITOM.
• Experience in Security Incident Response and Vulnerability lifecycle management.
• Strong governance and security expertise (RBAC, encryption, compliance).
• Experience with Agile delivery, ATF testing, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication skills.

Pay

$95,000–$110,000 a year
