ServiceNow Business Process Analyst

About the role

Responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes within ServiceNow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to implement process changes
• Document and maintain process documentation in ServiceNow
• Provide training and support to users on new processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process analysis and optimization
• Experience with ServiceNow and other business process management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
