Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, managing effort estimation, planning, and execution to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough architectural analysis to estimate infrastructure requirements and ensure seamless integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
- Design and recommend ServiceNow implementation solutions tailored to client business needs, leveraging expertise in ServiceNow tools and ecosystem integration.
- Estimate effort and plan implementation projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Estimate infrastructure requirements to support ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalability and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Technology Analyst, Architect, or in a related technology role, with significant experience in enterprise technology environments.
- Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem and experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise platforms and systems.
- Proven experience performing architectural analysis, including assessing infrastructure and integration requirements.
- Experience with solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and implementation planning.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and how they translate into ServiceNow solutions.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and effective technical architectures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations across complex enterprise technology environments.
- Experience working on large-scale ServiceNow transformation or implementation programs.
