Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow implementation projects, including effort estimation, planning, and execution, ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions tailored to client business needs.
• Conduct architectural analysis of client requirements to identify opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems in the ecosystem.
• Estimate infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on ServiceNow implementation solutions.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, including effort estimation, planning, and execution.
• Skills in conducting in-depth analysis of client requirements to identify opportunities for ServiceNow implementation and integration with other systems.
• Knowledge of assessing and estimating infrastructure requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience managing the delivery of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet client business needs and follow best practices.
• Expertise in integrating ServiceNow tools with other systems in the ecosystem, leveraging APIs, data models, and system architecture.
• Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and their infrastructure requirements to enable seamless integration and optimal performance of ServiceNow implementations.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
