ServiceNow AI Architect

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished ServiceNow AI Architect to lead our client's enterprise AI vision within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual will serve as the organization's primary ServiceNow AI Architect who will be driving AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Generative AI, Predictive Intelligence, AI Agents, Workflow Intelligence, and emerging ServiceNow AI technologies. This role combines deep architectural expertise with executive-level stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will partner closely with ServiceNow leadership, platform owners, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and technology executives to define and execute a multi-year AI roadmap that drives automation, productivity, operational efficiency, and business transformation. The ServiceNow AI Architect will be responsible for designing scalable AI solutions, governance frameworks, implementation strategies, and adoption plans while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, risk management standards, and ServiceNow best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the enterprise ServiceNow AI vision and roadmap.
• Partner with executive leadership and ServiceNow stakeholders to identify AI-driven transformation opportunities.
• Drive strategic planning for current and future ServiceNow AI capabilities.
• Establish a multi-year roadmap for adoption of Now Assist (main focus to start with ITSM), AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Workflow Intelligence, Document Intelligence, Generative AI capabilities, and emerging ServiceNow AI products and releases.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow AI offerings and make recommendations regarding business value, implementation approach, and investment priorities.

Requirements

• ServiceNow CTA; experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, or Digital Transformation experience.
• 7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow architecture experience.
• 2+ years leading AI, automation, machine learning, or generative AI initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise ServiceNow transformations.
• Experience creating technology roadmaps and presenting to executive leadership teams.

Pay

$90.00 - $120.00 per hour

Schedule

Remote work; Monday‑Friday, 8 am – 5 pm EST
