What You'll Contribute
- Business & Systems Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional needs, and process workflows.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps, risks, or opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications, documentation, or work requests for technical teams.
- Operational & Platform Support
- Support IT managed platforms and systems through analysis, documentation, and coordination activities.
- Aid in system configuration, access management, data maintenance, or administrative support tasks as appropriate.
- Help troubleshoot issues by coordinating with technical teams and vendors to identify root causes and resolution paths.
- Process Documentation & Governance
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflows, SOPs, and reference materials.
- Ensure documentation remains current and reflects changes to systems, processes, or support models.
- Support adherence to established standards, controls, and operational practices.
- Change & Enhancement Support
- Review and assess enhancement, change, or improvement requests for feasibility, scope, and effort.
- Afford assistance in prioritizing discussions by providing analysis of impact, dependencies, and risks.
- Support planning and coordination of approved changes through execution and validation.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between business partners, IT teams, and external vendors.
- Support communication, follow up, and issue tracking across stakeholders.
- Afford assistance in documenting roles, responsibilities, and support expectations.
- Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track activities, dependencies, and outcomes related to assigned initiatives.
- Provide status updates, analysis, and documentation to leadership as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting business or healthcare operations. Experience working in regulated environments (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Proven experience with operational workflows, process analysis, or service operations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and leadership teams.
Certifications / Licenses
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Business Analysis, Service Management, Lean) are a plus but not required.
