About the role

The role is responsible for managing a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of developers to ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements and scope
• Work with designers to translate user needs into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and maintain a positive development environment
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to keep everyone informed about project progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in software development management
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices

Skills

• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Understanding of database design and SQL

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Remote work option available
