Die ESU electronic solutions ulm GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Ulm in 1996. We develop, produce and distribute electronic components for the RC-modelling and model railway sectors. In this industry, we have established ourselves as an innovative "High-Tech Forge" and are counted among our customers by reputable companies - worldwide. For our successful products, the signs point to continued growth. Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our young team at our Ulm-Lehr location urgently for our service team.
Responsibilities
- Handling complaints processing
- Answering technical questions via email
- Responding to inquiries in our support forum
- Providing telephone support
- Performing product repairs
- Supporting the sales team with presales questions
Requirements
- An intermediate-level technical vocational education
- Desirable in an electrical or electronics-related field
- Basic knowledge in soldering and electronics
- Good German, both verbally and in writing, and professional conduct
- Knowledge in using Windows Excel, Word, and Outlook
- English knowledge is desirable
- Knowledge in the model railway sector, e.g., as a model railway engineer with model railway engineering background or as a model builder would be advantageous
- Willingness to continuously update oneself in our product range
Qualifications
