For our successful products, the signs point to continued growth. Therefore, we are looking to reinforce our young team at our Ulm-Lehr location for immediate employment. The position will be a Service Technician in full-time or part-time. Your responsibilities will include handling complaints, answering technical inquiries via email, in our support forum, and by phone, as well as repairing our products. Additionally, you will assist the sales team with answering presales questions. We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: A completed vocational training in a technical field. Preference would be given to candidates with knowledge in the electronics or related fields. Basic knowledge in soldering and electronics. Good German, both verbally and in writing, and professional conduct. Knowledge of using Windows Excel, Word, and Outlook. English skills are desirable. Knowledge of model railway sector is advantageous, including as a model railway engineer with model railway technical background or as a model builder. Willingness to continuously update your skills in our product range.
