Service Writer- Harley Davidson

About the role

We are seeking a Service Writer to join our Harley-Davidson team at Ed Morse Automotive Group, a family-oriented company with over 80 years of industry experience and 60+ locations across multiple states. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maximizing dealership sales of parts and service.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and share information about parts and service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maximize dealership sales of parts and service.
• Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Report directly to the Service Manager/Service Director while collaborating closely with vehicle sales managers, group leaders, and technicians.
• Warmly greet service customers, listen to their concerns, and act as the perfect host.
• Provide accurate estimates for all recommended services or repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of motorcycle service writing experience.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional personalized service.
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
