Service Writer

Qualifications

Individuals with 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in Automotive Sales
Have a valid driver's license
Individuals who are comfortable working in a performance-based environment where a portion of their compensation is tied to sales targets and KPIs
Individuals who have high energy and are consistently punctual in a fast-paced shop environment
Individuals who demonstrate mental toughness and coachability

Requirements

• Take full ownership of the guest experience, from the initial greeting to the final vehicle delivery
• Write and manage service orders with obsessive accuracy and timeliness
• Deliver clear, confident repair solutions to customers, building trust through expertise
• Collaborate daily with Technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and maximum shop production
• Educate customers on the "why" behind the work and upsell services to ensure vehicle safety and shop profitability
• Follow our proven service process to guarantee a consistent, high-standard result every time
