Service Writer

Duties

• Assuring intake of customer units is completed correctly.
• Manage repair orders and up-sell services.
• Scheduling work for our technicians.
• Scheduling pick up and drop off of customer units and sales units.
• Ensuring prompt communication with customers.
• Warranty claim filing.

Qualifications

• Powersports or automotive service experience.
• Detail oriented.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Passion for powersports.
• Bilingual.
