Service Writer - Advisor
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in line with dealership standards.
- Schedule appointments and accurately document information, CDK helpful.
- Advise customers on vehicle maintenance per manufacturer specifications.
- Communicate vehicle status regularly with customers to include repair time, cost and any changes.
- Additional duties as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license.
- Prior service writing experience (truck experience preferred).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and communicate effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 am - 4 pm Rotating Saturdays (about once a month) 6 am - 2 pm extra pay
