About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle needs in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with vehicle maintenance and repair needs
- Handle customer inquiries regarding vehicle services and products
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and ready for customer pick-up
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
