Responsibilities
- Diagnostics & Repairs: Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine appropriate repairs with support from the service team.
- Repairs & Replacements: Repair and replace vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and other mechanical components per manufacturer guidelines.
- Quality Checks & Road Tests: Perform inspections and road tests to ensure repairs meet Volkswagen, company, and customer standards.
- Routine Maintenance: Complete preventative maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and inspections.
- Training & Development: Participate in factory and in-house training to maintain and expand technical skills.
Requirements
- Automotive technician experience required
- Personal tools required (compensation based on experience and certifications)
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and safety procedures
- Flexible availability
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., possess valid identification, and complete pre-employment screening.
Skills
Strong diagnostic and repair skills, ability to follow manufacturer guidelines, and commitment to quality work are essential.
